About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book a shipment with LMC Logistics. By using our services you agree to them, together with any written service agreement we have with you, which takes priority if the two differ.
Bookings and quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual weight, dimensions or contents differ, the price may change. A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing.
Your responsibilities
You must describe your goods accurately, pack them suitably for transport and make sure they are not prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for duties, taxes and import requirements unless agreed otherwise.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can update your details at any time, and ask us to close your account.
Liability
Our liability for loss, damage or delay is limited as set out in your service agreement and by the laws and international conventions that apply to the transport. Additional cover is available for high-value goods.
Claims
Report loss or damage as soon as possible, within the time limits in your service agreement, with your tracking number and supporting evidence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law named in your service agreement. Where there is none, the law of the place where LMC Logistics is registered applies.
